Well considering we are have the coldest winter we have ever had and water temps in the 40's expectations not very high, but we still caught Redfish & Sheepshead. I had one trip this week were I got to take 4 highschool boys out fishing and we ended up catching 8 redfish and a couple of sheepshead and with the weather we are having was a nice suprise. Hopefully the weather will get warmer soon.

Well with the crazy up and down weather its hard to know what to excpect out there. It has been very windy which always makes it intersting. We have been catching Redfish, Black drum and Sheepshead. My clients still had a great time this week and got to take some table fare home. Our trips have been very productive and fun filled. Hopefully in the coming weeks we will really start to see some warmer weather. Book your next fishing adventure and lets catch some fish.

Well we have been fishing in the afternoon knowing that the water temp would be a little warmer and the weather has been beautiful its still been a little breezy but I will take that with the sunshine all day. We have been fishing up the manatee river and are catching redfish up to 27", Sheepshead with some being in the 5 pounds range. Sheepshead this time of the year are fun to catch and really put up a fight and are great table fare. We have had a few fronts come through but wont get to cold and shouldnt last long we are definetily entering spring time and the fishing is only going to get better and better as the weeks go on. We are fishing with shrimp but the water temp is almost there for the bait to start to show up. Book your trip now while the weather is getting good.

Well what can I say fishing is starting to get hot. Trout fishing has still been awsome and along with catching trout we have been catching mackerial and few bluefish and other species. Snook fishing seems to be picking up we have been catching some snook on almost every trip but have been seeing some large numbers of snook on the flats which is a great sign. Redfish what can I say I have been on a big school of reds and have had a hard time getting them to eat unil my last trip where we caught 14 redfish with a few over slot but the average being around 25". Looks like fishing is really starting to get into its prime. Book a trip now and dont miss out.
